We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Networking / Cyber Security Engineer for one of the fastest growing Engineering Consultancies who support some of the UK's biggest projects in the Energy & Utilities sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading in the design, configuration and development of a wide range of network infrastructure projects.
  • Lead project workstreams.
  • Deploy and configure virtual machine servers.
  • Upgrade and configure site SCADA Systems and/or AVEVA System platform.
  • Hardware replacements including firewalls, switches and servers.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrate a track record of expertise in Networking, Electrical or Electronic Engineering, Cyber Security or related field.
  • Ideally knowledge of Energy or Utilities sectors.
  • Cyber security knowledge and experience.
  • Hands-on experience with AVEVA and/or SCADA Systems.
  • Strong understanding of network architectures including IP addressing, VLAN usage, virtualisation technology.
