The ideal candidate will handle all aspects of workers' compensation litigation, from intake through settlement or trial. Duties:
- Manage all aspects of workers' compensation defense litigation, from intake to settlement or trial.
- Prepare and file necessary legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery.

- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and experts to facilitate case progress.
- Advise clients on legal options and strategies for resolving workers' compensation claims.
