The ideal candidate will handle all aspects of workers' compensation litigation, from intake through settlement or trial. Duties:

  • Manage all aspects of workers' compensation defense litigation, from intake to settlement or trial.
  • Prepare and file necessary legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery.

  • Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and experts to facilitate case progress.
  • Advise clients on legal options and strategies for resolving workers' compensation claims.
  • Handle case management and ensure timely deadlines are met.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in workers' compensation defense or related legal field.
  • Ability to manage a caseload independently.
