A fast-growing group of companies within the property sector is seeking a Head of Conveyancing (In-House Property Lawyer) to join their organisation. The organisation is a leader in the home purchasing space and offers a truly unique way of selling your home.
About the role:
As Head of Conveyancing, you will be responsible for managing the entire conveyancing process. You will oversee day-to-day purchase and sales progression. Your role will ensure that a high volume of transactions are processed efficiently throughout the year, prioritising workloads with commercial consideration to ensure timely progression and completion.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Auditing the current conveyancing processes and performance.
- Developing a clear operating model to enhance performance.
- Driving productivity by streamlining, simplifying, and automating processes where appropriate.
About you:
The successful candidate will have at least 8 PQE. You will have significant residential property experience or be a licensed conveyancer. Experience managing external law firms is preferable.
