Building on the strength of serving the leading UK and global marketplaces, iovox’s new AI solutions are also valuable to estate agencies looking to optimize performance.
The Role: We intend to hire an ambitious, entrepreneurial sales manager with a track record of outperforming sales targets. You will grow the use of our AI and automation technology in the UK real estate industry with later expansion into Europe. With the full support of software developers, data scientists, and technical support staff, this is a player-coach sales role initially which means we expect you to help build and implement the next generation of our go-to-market plans that meet or exceed sales targets. As you succeed, we intend to expand the sales team around you.
You will be focused on the following tasks:
- Work with executive management to build and implement a go-to-market plan that includes researching target customers, conducting outreach, forecasts, and building budgets to support.
- Provide input on, and assist with, the development of market-specific content and collateral necessary for the sales process.
- Supporting existing marketplace and other technology partners ensuring win-win opportunities.
- Internal weekly, month, quarterly reporting.
- Keep CRM updated daily.
- Recruit, train and manage additional staff as part of building a high performing team.
- Achieve or exceed agreed sales targets.
Your attitude, curiosity, analytical skills, and willingness to work hard are very important to us. Ideally you will have 5+ years of sales experience in the UK real estate industry.
