Your new company This is a specialist sheltered scheme housing provider who operates nationwide. They have recently taken on a number of new schemes throughout the Midlands area. All services are tailored to +55 years of age. Your new role Your new role as a Sheltered Scheme Manager is to manage the day to day running of the service, including customer engagement, low level ASB, rent queries, advice, guidance & signposting. All residents will be assured to receive a high quality and responsible housing management service in a safe and secure environment. This is a part-time role, offering flexibility if desired and requires an immediate start. What you’ll need to succeed To be considered for this role, you will have previous experience of working within a sheltered scheme and have the ability to perform housing management tasks to a high quality whilst providing the highest level of customer service to your customers. What you’ll get in return This role offers flexibility to an individual who has to work around other commitments. You will be offered full support throughout the duration of the role, which is a guaranteed minimum of 6 months. The salary is also very competitive.
