Reporting into the Head of Sector and working with the wider team, you will assist in the delivery of asset management strategies across a national offices portfolio assisting with acquisitions, disposals, developments, managing occupier engagement as well as project specific work. Key Responsibilities: Asset management Sales and Purchases Lease event management Property Management Ensure compliance with all procedures Working with the ESG team to deliver ESG improvements and pathways to Net Zero Tenant meetings – building relationships with tenants in the portfolio to support their business needs and to drive asset performance Ability to mentor and manage more junior members of the team Qualifications: Asset Manager/Senior Asset Manager with experience working in Office sector asset management Extensive (mid-level to senior) property investment market and occupational contacts Excellent understanding and experience of asset management, investment and development processes, including valuations, financial models and the market standard software Maintain in-depth knowledge of the Office sector (in terms of locations, occupiers, properties and agents) Ability to write concise, logical and well-worded reports Sound working knowledge of legal/economic framework MRICS preferred Regional experience in Birmingham, Bristol, Manchester is a benefit Our People Promise to our colleagues is that we will all work somewhere inclusive, responsible, enjoyable and fulfilling.
