We are seeking an experienced Site Engineer with Structures experience to join a major highways project near Northampton. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled engineer with a strong background in structural works to play a key role in the successful delivery of a high-profile infrastructure project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage structural works on site, ensuring compliance with design specifications and industry standards.
- Assist in setting out and surveying works related to bridges, retaining walls, culverts, and other highway structures.
- Ensure work is completed safely, on time, and within budget, maintaining high-quality standards.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, site teams, and stakeholders to ensure efficient project progression.
- Conduct quality control checks and ensure adherence to health & safety regulations.
- Prepare and maintain accurate site documentation, including method statements, risk assessments, and progress reports.
- Liaise with the design and project management teams to resolve any structural issues or technical queries.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Engineer, specifically within major highways and structures.
- Strong knowledge of structural engineering principles, highways standards, and construction methodologies.

- CSCS card (essential).
