Job Description

SALES SUPPORT ADMINISTRATOR\\n\\nWe have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Support Administrator to join a global media and broadcasting company. This hybrid role offers flexibility, with 2 days working from home and 3 days in the office. The ideal candidate will have at least 12 months of administration experience within the media industry and a strong knowledge of SalesForce.

If you are proactive, organised, and eager to contribute, we would love to hear from you.\\n\\nSALES SUPPORT ADMINISTRATOR ROLE:\\n \\nProcess new customer account requests in SAP \\nCreate and manage deal opportunities using Salesforce (sales management software) \\nTrack revenue reports and ensure timely delivery to the Finance team \\nCollaborate with Finance to allocate revenue at the title level \\nResolve credit control queries to mitigate financial exposure \\nManage rights expiries and content withdrawals in Rightsline (rights management software) \\nWork with the Data team to support onboarding of performance data and resolve ID mapping queries SALES SUPPORT ADMINISTRATOR KEY SKILLS AND QUALITIES:\\n \\nProactive, with the ability to work independently and show initiative, comfortable working in a matrix \\nHigh attention to detail and a strong focus on accuracy \\nExcellent organisational and administrative abilities \\nAbility to cope well under pressure in a busy environment \\nStrong communication and people skills (internally and externally) \\nGood team player with experience handling complex administrative tasks \\nStrong IT skills, including Excel. \\nKnowledge of Salesforce and Rightsline experience is a bonus, however, training will be provided \\nGerman language skills are a plus \\nAn interest in television content and the digital media landscape is desirable \\nIf you feel that you fit the above criteria then please apply today by submitting your CV to us.
