Strategist (Social), Central London (Hybrid) – Up to £50K dependent on experienceWe’re looking for a Strategist to join an ambitious agency. This is a great opportunity to be a part of a thriving creative agencyThis Strategist will be comfortable working proactively and collaboratively with clients, creative teams and client services. You’ll embrace the full strategy cycle and be proficient in developing strategies and frameworks in social. You’ll be someone who loves the craft of planning – getting to grips with consumers, culture and contextual influences on business – but equally entrepreneurial and comfortable identifying a better way to get to solutions quickly when required.?You’ll have a proven ability to build and nurture senior client relationships and a track record of driving change and growth on clients and accounts. This Strategist will have:

+ Minimum of three years’ experience in a strategy role with an agency background

+ Creative, strategic and curious thinker

+ Clear communicator and active listener

+ Ability to build compelling narrative for presentations

+ Effective presentation and facilitation skills

+ Passionate about the industry and effective creative work

+ Good creative judgement

+ Experience of building and nurturing client relationships

+ Positivity and willingness to get involved

+ Proactive and a team player

+ A good sense of commercial responsibility
