We have an exciting opportunity for a European Marketing Manager to join a dynamic business within the FMCG industry based in Birmingham and become a valuable part of the Marketing team.
As European Marketing Manager, day-to-day, your role will entail:
- Creating and Implementing successful multi-channel marketing strategies throughout Europe and aligning them to the business objectives.
- Utilise available insight and data to further enhance brand strategy.
- Lead and motivate a team of Brand Managers, who are located in-market.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends in the industry and align the marketing plan accordingly.
- Report monthly on marketing performance across the region.
To be considered for the role of a European Marketing Manager, you will need to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
- A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or similar.
- Previous experience of developing and executing marketing strategies for FMCG brands.
- Previous experience in developing and executing engaging multi-channel marketing strategies, campaigns, and budgets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills both with internal and external partners.
- Ability & willingness to travel internationally.
If successful, you can expect a salary of up to £55,000, depending on the experience you can offer, along with 25 days of holiday plus bank holidays, pension and access to training and development programs to help you progress your career.
