About the role:
- Act as the central point of contact for people interested in our wide range of supplements and health and biohacking treatments
- Provide enthusiastic, professional consultations and sales with a focus on high-quality customer interactions
- Advise customers on premium micronutrients, their properties, applications, and quality criteria
- Support the organisation and administration of the BIOGENA store and biohacking treatments to ensure smooth operation
- Conduct biohacking treatments, schedule appointments, receive and support clients
About you:
- Certified professionals in pharmacy, nutritional science, or biology, trained retail salesmen as well as newcomers with sales skills and a genuine interest in the health sector
- Enthusiasm for delivering excellent customer service and face-to-face interactions, strong social and hospitality skills
- Passionate interest in micronutrients, nutrition, and health, coupled with a strong willingness to continuously learn and develop
- Capability of working autonomously and in a team, high level of commitment, hands-on mentality, and a high commercial drive
