You will guide their focus towards the most pressing issues — whether thematic or partner-specific — to guide prioritization, and then drive many of these cross-functional initiatives forward to improve customer experience, revenue, and margins. Collaborating with various CXOs and their departments, you’ll work on key projects that touch operations, finance, product, sales, and service design. What You’ll Do: Drive cross-functional strategic initiatives forward, including their identification, scoping, execution, all while keeping the c-suite closely looped in. Provide senior leadership with detailed visibility into the performance of our partner network, designing reporting processes that offer commercial, product, financial, and operational insights. Develop partner segmentations and benchmarks to identify performance outliers and areas for improvement. Conduct deep dives using SQL and other tools to pinpoint inefficiencies and enhance rider experiences. Generate and test performance improvement hypotheses, coordinating cross-functional pilots to scale successful initiatives. Who You Are: Strong analytical mindset with experience in managing large datasets and tools such as SQL and Tableau. Organized, independent, and proactive, you take ownership of tasks and drive results with a sense of urgency. Excellent communicator and collaborator, capable of navigating diverse stakeholders and facilitating productive meetings, including executive audiences. Creative problem solver, skilled at developing innovative solutions to complex transportation challenges. 2 to 4 years of experience in management consulting or a similarly analytical and fast-paced environment. Bachelor’s degree required. Compensation and Benefits: Becoming part of a company that was awarded for its commitment to social good: We are one of 17 Ventures That Embody the U.N.’s 17 Sustainable Development Goals. Inc. A spacious office near Chancery Lane, where you can enjoy weekly team lunches. Comprehensive health scheme offered through AXA. Founded in 2012, Via pioneered the TransitTech category by using new technologies to develop public mobility systems — optimizing networks of buses, shuttles, wheelchair accessible vehicles, school buses, autonomous vehicles, and electric vehicles around the globe. Building the world’s most efficient, equitable, and sustainable transportation network for all passengers — including those with limited mobility, those without smartphones, and unbanked populations — Via works with its partners to lower the costs of public transit while providing transportation options that rival the convenience of a personal car while reducing environmental impact.
