Engineer - Project Engineering

Project Engineer – Chemical – Design Greater Manchester – hybrid working £40,000 – £50,000 (plus bonus and benefits) Several Project Engineers are wanted on a permanent basis by a global Engineering client of ours who is at the forefront of their industry and going through a real period of growth. In this role, the successful candidate will ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget, with constant liaison with the end customer This is a permanent opportunity that includes a base salary of between £40,000 – £50,000 dependent upon experience and qualifications plus bonuses and benefits. Overview of the Project Engineer role: Liaise with end customers and ensure project timeframes are adhered to. Work closely with wider Design and Project teams to ensure company is kept updated with regards to ongoing Project progress. Key skills required for the Project Engineer role: Relevant Engineering degree with a minimum of 2/3 years post-graduation experience. Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and ability to communicate project updates both internally and externally. A good understanding of Process Design and managing multiple projects at any one time.
