Are you a dedicated Occupational Health Physician with a passion for clinical leadership and a commitment to quality care?

Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking an experienced consultant to lead our Occupational Health Service and ensure our clients receive exemplary care underpinned by strong clinical governance.

In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in promoting the highest standards of occupational health, driving the strategic development and continuous improvement of our services. You will serve as the clinically accountable leader for our Occupational Health Service, ensuring that every aspect—from staff health and safety to rehabilitation and wellness initiatives—is delivered to the highest quality.

Your expertise will not only provide direct clinical care but also empower and mentor your team, acting as a change agent and role model to build strong working relationships across the Trust.

To be considered for this role, you must be a fully registered member of the General Medical Council with a current license to practice, with Membership of the UK Faculty of Occupational Medicine (MFOM) OR (FFOM). You should be on the Specialist Register for Occupational Medicine or within six months of obtaining your Certificate of Completion of Training (CCT) at the time of interview.
