High Volume!About the Role:An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales & Lettings Negotiator to join a well-established estate agency in South London. The role will involve working across both sales and lettings, with the chance to make a significant impact within a high-performing team.The successful candidate will have:

• Proven experience as a negotiator within the property sector (sales or lettings)
• A drive to exceed targets and deliver exceptional customer service
• A full UK driving license and access to a car for property viewings and meetings
• A proactive, solution-focused approach to sales
