The Role Join us as we drive innovation in Regulatory life sciences! Veeva\’s Vault RIM suite is the industry\’s only unified software solution that provides fully integrated regulatory information management (RIM) capabilities, including data and document management, submission publishing, and archival on a single cloud-based platform. As a leader in our professional services team, you\’ll oversee Vault RIM implementations for Life Sciences customers across Europe, ensuring seamless delivery, talent development, and operational excellence. What You\’ll Do Lead high-performing team of consultants and project managers through consistent, transparent coaching and feedback Be a trusted advisor to customers on implementation approach, methodology, and leading practices Provide thought leadership on the practice’s processes, tools, and offerings Contribute to proposals and collaborate with account teams during the sales process Requirements 8+ years of hands-on software implementation experience at a software vendor or consulting firm within the life sciences R&D or healthcare space 2+ years experience of managing professional services consultants Experience rolling out new services or software products Proficiency in the regulatory processes and technologies of pharmaceutical, animal health, or medtech R&D Nice to Have Managed technical delivery in a global setting Data & content migration experience #RemoteUK Veeva’s headquarters is located in the San Francisco Bay Area with offices in more than 15 countries around the world.
