Level 3 Personal Trainer CIMSPA required

We seek a highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills and enthusiasm to teach various classes, conduct fitness assessments, and deliver high-quality personal training.

As a Corporate Wellbeing Advisor (Personal Trainer), your responsibilities include:

• Supervising the fitness floor, creating wellbeing plans and exercise programmes
• Delivering group exercise classes, such as Circuits, Indoor Cycling, HIIT, and Abs
• Promoting and conducting Engage Sessions—goal setting services empowering members to achieve personal goals
• Providing Personal Best to members
• Assessing and inducting members before facility use
• Supporting members with techniques, training, and lifestyle advice
• Deputising for the Fitness Manager and helping deliver a great experience using your initiative
• Conducting reception and duty management shifts after training
• Hosting workshops and seminars
