About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and ambitious JUNIOR Sales Development Representative to join our fast-growing Enterprise Sales team. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of engaging with prospective clients, uncovering their needs, and driving interest in Taxually’s innovative solutions. You'll play a key part in our mission to simplify tax compliance for large enterprise companies and multi-nationals worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential customers in target industries such as large enterprises and strategic partners.
- Conduct outbound calls and emails to qualify leads and set up meetings for the sales team.
- Understand clients' pain points around indirect tax compliance and showcase how Taxually can provide tailored solutions.
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to execute campaigns and follow up on inbound leads.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system (HubSpot).
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine outreach strategies and messaging based on market feedback.
What You’ll Bring:
- We're looking for someone who is near the start of their career, and has had some experience within sales development, inside sales, or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build rapport.
- A self-starter attitude with excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Enthusiasm for technology and a desire to help businesses solve complex challenges.
- Knowledge of tax compliance, VAT, or indirect tax is an advantage but not essential – we’ll provide comprehensive training.
- We want people who are inquisitive, and are always looking at potential avenues to increase their outputs, whilst maintaining a structure which will keep results on track.
