This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Residential Property Manager to join a warm and welcoming team. You'll be at the heart of operations, overseeing the entire rental process and ensuring a smooth, compliant, and high-quality experience for tenants and landlords.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the full property management process, from lettings to compliance
  • Liaise with agents, arrange lets, and handle all related documentation
  • Use in-house CRM and property management software
  • Respond to day-to-day tenant queries efficiently and professionally
  • Manage end-of-tenancy procedures, inspections, and deposit returns/disputes
  • Handle renewals, rent reviews, and legal tenancy issues
  • Ensure health & safety compliance across the portfolio
  • Support the maintenance team with repairs and contractor coordination
  • Conduct regular property inspections and maintain high standards
  • Collaborate with the accounts team on rent arrears and payment plans
  • Update utility providers and council tax accounts during tenancy changes
  • Maintain GDPR-compliant data handling
  • Assist with development projects and conversions
  • Promote the business and contribute to continuous improvement
