NEON is a leading global experience entertainment company dedicated to creating extraordinary, immersive, and large-scale experiences. We have both full and part-time contracts available. This role will run from the middle of May 2025 until early January 2026 at a rate of £15.00 per hour.
We are immensely excited to bring NEON to life in London in our brand new venue, located at the iconic Battersea Power Station. You’ll play an instrumental role in creating an outstanding visitor experience for our guests to the Jurassic World Experience, an amazing immersive exhibition featuring life-sized animatronic dinosaurs. We are creating an experience for visitors of all ages and as a Raptor Actor you’ll play an exciting role in the storytelling of the experience.
Prior experience in costumed character performances is required for this role. Be part of something special and help us create a world-class venue with incredible experiences for London.
Responsibilities:- In-suit performances: Engage guests with dynamic, in-suit performances, embodying the movement and behaviour of the Raptor character.
- Physical acting: Bring the creature of the Raptor to life through physical acting and expressive movements within the Raptor suit.
- In-Suit Performance: Ability to perform dynamically within a Raptor suit, captivating, and entertaining audiences through expressive movements.
- Physical Acting Experience: Demonstrate acting skills through physical expression and movements to embody the essence of the Raptor character.
- Previous experience: Costumed Performance: Prior experience in costumed character performances is required.
- Acting Portfolio: Showcase previous roles or performances, emphasizing your ability to bring characters to life through physical acting.
- Performance Duration: Must be able to perform in-suit for 5-10 minutes at a time, engaging guests in a captivating Raptor experience.
- Costume Weight: Must have the physical strength to perform in a 110lb Raptor suit, embodying the power and presence of the creature.
- Height Limitation: Must be 5’3” and cannot be taller than 5’8” due to costume dimensions.
- Availability and environment: Various Shifts: Must be available to work various shifts to accommodate the dynamic operating hours of Jurassic World Exhibits.
