We have taken on an exciting role with a global asset management firm. With a team of around 160 based in stunning Victoria offices, the successful candidate will be joining a close knit and collaborative support team. The company has built an incredible culture and is looking for an EA who aligns with the values and motivation of the team. The team is looking for a bright and detail-oriented EA to support a team of four portfolio managers.

THE ROLE:

  • Complex diary management across time zones
  • Management of high volume international travel
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
  • Booking venues for client events
  • Ad hoc cover for other EAs

The ideal executive assistant should have a team-focused approach and be happy to muck in as needed. The ability to thrive in fast-paced and pressured environments will be key for success, as is a positive approach. An EA who enjoys building relationships will excel in this position.
