THE ROLE

We are seeking a residential property Solicitor to join a fast growing business in the property sector.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead and develop an in house residential property team

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the conveyancing process, overseeing the day to day handling of residential property sales and purchases

The position also offers scope to handle a broad range of commercial matters across the business

THE CANDIDATE

You will be a Solicitor ; with 5-8 PQE and a solid residential property background, and a proven track record of managing high-volume conveyancing transactions.

Applicants must be able to demonstrate excellent organisational and leadership skills

Individuals with experience in tendering processes for third-party services would be of particular interest

The company offers a hybrid working arrangement
