A market leading professional services organisation is seeking a Working Capital Manager to play a pivotal role in optimising cash flow, improving financial efficiency and driving strategic growth. What You Will Be Doing:

  • Leading working capital strategy to enhance cash flow and liquidity

What We Are Looking For:

  • Recognised accountancy qualification such as ACA, ACCA or CIMA
  • Proven experience in working capital management, financial operations or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
  • A commercial mindset and ability to influence key stakeholders at all levels
  • Expertise in cash flow forecasting, billing and collections
  • Experience in a professional services environment such as legal, consulting or accountancy
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Knowledge of ERP and financial management systems
  • Experience in process improvement and automation
  • Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in professional services
