Tired of rushing through appointments or being pushed to sell? This is something different. At Alto Hearing, we believe in doing things properly. We’re an independent, family-run clinic built on trust, time, and a genuine commitment to our patients’ hearing health. No hard selling. No impossible caseloads. Just thoughtful, well-paced, face-to-face care.
About the Role
This role is ideally suited to an audiologist who enjoys practical clinical work and building trust with patients. Most of your time will be spent performing earwax removal, a service that sits right at the front line of our care pathway — and where many of our strongest patient relationships begin. You’ll also carry out structured SoundCheck appointments (our screening service), offer aftercare and support to hearing aid users, and identify when a patient may benefit from a full Alto360 Hearing Assessment. There’s no sales pressure — just real clinical decision-making, guided by your judgment and supported by a senior audiologist and experienced practice coordinators.

- This role may be a perfect fit if you’re in the NHS and looking for more time with patients and better balance
- In private practice but tired of targets and upselling
- Newly qualified and keen to build skill and confidence in a calm, well-supported setting
We’re looking for someone who:
- Takes pride in delivering calm, reassuring, hands-on care
- Communicates clearly and kindly with patients
- Enjoys working as part of a small, supportive team
- Wants to develop their clinical skills and be valued for doing so
What You’ll Get
- £30,000 - 32,000 salary (dependent on training requirements) for a 4-day working week
- Full training in microsuction and irrigation (if needed)
- A calm, welcoming clinic with top-tier kit and generous appointment times
- No sales targets
- Professional support and a clear clinical structure
- 100% focus on patients, not products
- No weekends
- Generous holiday allowance
