You will be supporting the HR leader with recruitment and employee relations throughout the office and their external sites. This will involve:

  • Advising on basic HR queries
  • Managing any employee relations cases
  • Continually promoting employee engagement

As part of your role, you will be responsible for all on-boarding, referencing, exit interviews, and employee life cycle operations. You will be working with a strong, independent HR team fully committed to excelling and propelling the business forward, along with future HR growth opportunities and a chance to become a permanent member of the team.
