Salary: £55,000 – £70,000

A prominent tech company is seeking a results-driven and passionate ESG Manager to join them on a permanent basis. As the ESG Manager, you will lead the development and implementation of the company\’s ESG strategy, enhancing social value.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute a robust ESG strategy aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
2. Drive ESG initiatives focused on reducing the company\’s environmental footprint, fostering social responsibility, and ensuring strong corporate governance.
3. Collaborate with internal teams to embed ESG considerations into decision-making processes and business operations.
4. Engage with external stakeholders, including investors, customers, and industry partners, to communicate ESG efforts and represent the company in relevant industry forums.
5. Prepare accurate and informative ESG reports, disclosures, and communications.

Qualifications:

1. A bachelor\’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree or professional certifications are preferred.
2. Demonstrated experience in ESG management or sustainability roles.
3. Strong knowledge of ESG issues and best practices, with a deep understanding of relevant frameworks and regulations.
4. Proven ability to drive change and implement sustainable practices within an organization.
5. Excellent project management skills and ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
6. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
