The predicted salary is between 48000 - 64000 £ per year.

Are you an experienced Engineering Leader within a FMCG environment? Are you passionate about Engineering and developing your career? Do you have proven Mechanical knowledge which you are able to implement? This is a perm role based in Livingston.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the team in working towards maximum OEE capacity
  • Ensure the completion of planned maintenance documents and CMMS input
  • Support, motivate, develop, and coach the team
  • Recognise and reward performance, and drive robust individual training plans
  • Lead the shift engineering team to continuously improve plant reliability
  • Follow and maintain site principles

What are we looking for?

  • FMCG experience
  • HNC (or above) in an Engineering discipline (Mechanical preferred)
  • CMMS experience
  • Shift work

Salary up to £64,000.
