Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the team in working towards maximum OEE capacity
- Ensure the completion of planned maintenance documents and CMMS input
- Support, motivate, develop, and coach the team
- Recognise and reward performance, and drive robust individual training plans
- Lead the shift engineering team to continuously improve plant reliability
- Follow and maintain site principles
What are we looking for?
- FMCG experience
- HNC (or above) in an Engineering discipline (Mechanical preferred)
- CMMS experience
- Shift work
