MacGregor Black are partnering with a Leading FMCG Business on the search for a Engineering Shift Lead. This is a perm role based in Livingston.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist the team in working towards maximum OEE capacity
- Ensure the completion of planned maintenance documents and CMMS input
- Support, motivate, develop, and coach the team.
- Recognise and reward performance, and drive robust individual training plans
- Lead the shift engineering team to continuously improve plant reliability
- Follow and maintain site principles
- FMCG experience
- HNC (or above) in an Engineering discipline (Mechanical preferred)
- CMMS experience
- Shift work
Salary up to £64,000
