About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Functional Consultant with expertise in Service Cloud, Loyalty, Data, and Marketing to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, design scalable solutions, and ensure seamless implementation of Salesforce capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for Service Cloud, Loyalty, Data, and Marketing solutions within Salesforce.
• Design, configure, and implement Service Cloud functionalities, ensuring optimal case management and customer support workflows.
• Drive Loyalty Management solutions, including customer engagement strategies and program optimization.
• Leverage Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP) for data-driven insights and personalized customer experiences.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance customer journeys using Marketing Cloud and automation tools.
• Work with technical teams to design integrations, ensuring seamless data flow across Salesforce and other enterprise systems.
• Conduct user training, provide best practices, and ensure adoption of Salesforce functionalities.
• Stay updated on Salesforce releases and recommend enhancements to existing solutions.

Key Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Functional Consultant.
• Strong expertise in Service Cloud, Loyalty Management, Data Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
• Experience in customer support workflows, loyalty program design, and data-driven marketing strategies.
• Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, including flows, automation, and reporting.
• Knowledge of APIs and data integration within Salesforce.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Service Cloud Consultant, Marketing Cloud Consultant, Data Cloud Consultant) are a plus.
