Kitchen Assistant

Belmont Recruitment are currently seeking experienced Kitchen Assistants to work with a client who are recruiting for various locations across Suffolk including Framlingham, Diss and Ipswich. These are part-time vacancies offering 15 – 30 hours per week (Mon – Fri) based in Primary Schools across the region. Main Duties: * Supporting the Head of Kitchen with food preparation * Setting up and clearing down the dining room * General cleaning of the kitchen * Washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment * Handling food storage and rotation * Unloading and storing deliveries of food and supplies * Ensuring that hygiene and food safety standards are adhered to at all times Essential Criteria: * Previous experience of working in kitchens, ideally within a school or similar environment * Enhanced DBS clearance * Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate * Able to work between 9am – 3pm, Monday to Friday If your skills match the above Criteria, please apply with your updated CV
