This is a part-time role based in our vibrant Soho office – we’re open to flexibility, so it could be a great fit if you’re looking for meaningful, hands-on work that fits around other commitments.
What you’ll be doing:
- You’ll be the go-to person for the CEO – a right-hand support who sees what needs doing and gets it done before it hits the to-do list.
- You’ll also take ownership of making the office environment organised, upbeat and efficient.
- Your day-to-day might include:
- Diary and inbox management – prioritising, streamlining, and creating calm from the chaos
- Acting as the central point of contact for internal and external communications
- Preparing presentations, documents and meeting agendas
- Supporting with travel planning, event coordination and admin tasks
- Keeping the office running like a dream – ordering supplies, coordinating with vendors, keeping things organised
- Constantly looking for ways to improve systems, processes and team culture
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has solid experience as a PA or Executive Assistant
- Is naturally organised, detail-oriented and great at juggling priorities
- Is confident, discreet and able to work independently
- Brings a positive, can-do energy to the team
- Loves making improvements and spotting smarter ways to work
- Feels comfortable in a creative, occasionally fast-paced environment
