Location: London

A leading and well-established property consultancy is seeking an experienced Partner to lead their Property Management team in London. This strategic appointment comes as part of the firm\’s ongoing growth and commitment to delivering high-quality service to a broad client base, including major lending institutions and public sector bodies.

The role offers an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative, national team of around 35 professionals , including surveyors, facilities managers, and accountants, working from multiple offices across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and grow the Property Management portfolio across London and the Southeast

• Manage key assets on behalf of a wide range of clients

• Build and maintain strong client relationships and generate new instructions

• Collaborate closely with colleagues in accounting, surveying, and facilities management

• Oversee day-to-day property operations including tenant communications, insurance claims, and contractor liaison

• Approve and manage financial reporting: rent, service charges, utilities, and budgets

• Ensure timely completion of service charge budgets and annual reconciliations

• Support the wider national property management team on cross-regional mandates

• Lead and develop the existing London-based property management team

About You:

• Proven experience in property management at senior level, ideally with leadership experience

• Strong understanding of commercial property operations and client care

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Commercially minded with the ability to identify and capitalise on new business opportunities

• Comfortable managing multi-disciplinary teams and complex portfolios
