Location – London & Southeast
My client is looking for a strong BMS professional, with a technical background that has a flair for customer relations and sales to work with them to help build on their already fantastic reputation within the London area. This position is for a BMS Account Manager, you will be working with already established accounts that may be linked to a physical site, end user contractor or consultant.
The Role:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, as well as identifying opportunities for new PPM contracts, minor works and project opportunities.
- Assess the customers technical and commercial requirements, in preparation for the sales/project teams.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients on the functionality and capabilities of BMS systems.
- Collaborate with the sales team to generate new business and expand the client base.
- Facilitate a successful handover of all secured works – PPM contracts to the support manager / minor works to one of the minor works managers.
The Candidate:
- Strong BMS background (technical or sales)
- Great customer liaison skills, with ability to advise clients on their best option with their BMS.
- Great communication skills as well as commercial awareness.
- Ambitious, with professional development opportunities and training programs available.
