The Role
At Charles Tyrwhitt our purpose is to “Make it easy for men to dress well” and we can’t do that without our specialist teams. This time, we’re on the lookout for a Marketing Campaigns & Insight Analyst FTC (12 months) who will be working with Aurelie from our Insights & Analytics team.
What you will be doing
- Trading performance analysis and reporting: Weekly review of trading performance and key drivers behind trends. Assist the Marketing team in understanding the main reasons behind trading variances and recommend improvements.
- Customer insight reporting: Review and update customer database insights to ensure they reflect current trends and performance. Mine the customer database for ad-hoc insights to deliver additional value to the business. Develop and improve reports addressing customer challenges and opportunities, such as retail performance, segment performance, product insights, and overall trading.
- Campaigns performance and selections: Continuously analyse campaign effectiveness and identify opportunities for enhancement. Make data-driven recommendations for campaign selections based on matchback and database insights. Own the Data, Print and Mailing briefs for all Direct Mail campaigns to communicate campaign promotion and customer segment requirements to relevant stakeholders.
What we are looking for
The Marketing Campaigns & Insight Analyst FTC (12 months) specifically requires someone with direct, recent commercial experience in a customer-focused analytical, statistical or quantitative role, some experience in a marketing analytics or insights role, preferably within a campaign-driven environment. Experience with SQL and relational databases is highly preferred.
