Our tradition of investing and acting responsibly has been with us from the beginning and continues to lead us forward. Our ambition is to be recognised as the UK’s most responsible wealth manager.

The Role

As an experienced internal communications manager, you will partner with the COO organisation to drive its internal communications activity. Outcomes of the Role

  • Together with senior leaders and key stakeholders from the COO organisation, you will activate a targeted colleague communications strategy and manage the day-to-day delivery of clear, effective and engaging communication across the business.
  • Draw on the company narrative through end-to-end production, distribution and amplification of high-impact communications to key colleague audiences, in partnership with a range of stakeholders from across the business.
  • Manage a modern and integrated mix of channels and content formats as you use them to execute colleague engagement campaigns, in-person and virtual events, and more.
  • Develop and deliver communication plans that support a range of initiatives from across the COO business, including operations, technology, change and transformation workstreams.
  • Act as a trusted communications adviser to the business, managing the communication needs of senior leaders while nurturing and building relationships on behalf of our team with all the necessary stakeholders.

  • Great storytelling, writing and presentation skills, with considerable experience in crafting compelling narratives.
  • Meticulously organised, very attentive to detail and highly flexible with changing requirements, with a proven ability to balance multiple ongoing campaigns and projects.
  • A proven ability to influence stakeholders across the business.
