Support the Maternity team with data cleansing needs in accordance with the Trust Access Policy and Guidelines.
Support the senior managers within the service in the efficient and effective running of the services being validated, within an environment of continuously evolving demands.
Feed back on any/all issues relating to data cleansing work, including potential breaches or pathways at risk to the relevant services so that capacity can be created.
Be proactive about balancing the demand and capacity.
Adhere to formal data quality workflows when applying correction processes to patient pathways and the patients electronic record.
Monitor data quality indicators impacting patient data, making recommendations for corrections or improvement of processes in collaboration with the Data Quality Intervention Team.
Provide full support to members of the team, including being the administrator for specific systems, caseload management and data systems to ensure effective communication, the management of post, general enquiries and the allocation of specific core administrative tasks, and introduce systems to affect good practice.
Maintain a high standard of quality data collection and accurate input within agreed local/Trust deadlines, ensuring appropriate audit and monitoring systems are in place. This will require working closely with the Senior Management and Data System Management Team.
