Job Overview

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners and contractors, ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee buildings insurance claims.
  • Responsible for instructing and monitoring both reactive and proactive property repairs.
  • Manage and co-ordinate customer insurance claims processes.
  • Conduct regular property and development site visits, including attending on-site meetings.

Job Requirements

  • Must be based within commuting distance of Glasgow.
  • Full, clean UK driving licence.
  • Strong background in customer service.
