The Role
The Marine team provides assistance to domestic and international clients on a comprehensive range of marine insurance, wet and dry shipping, and trade issues.
This role involves handling and assisting with marine insurance claims, including hull, war, marine liability, cargo, mortgagee’s interest insurance, marine cyber, and yachts, as well as wet and dry shipping. The position also requires some policy drafting.
Our client is particularly interested in candidates with experience in arbitration (especially under LMAA terms) and litigation.

Key requirements:
- 2-4 years’ UK Qualified Solicitor or CILEX qualified with the relevant experience.
