Lead & Develop: Manage a small finance team, providing guidance and support.

Drive Financial Strategy: Oversee accounts receivable, ensure efficiency, and implement process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Month-end and year-end procedures
2. Financial reporting
3. Transactional finance management

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong accounts receivable experience
• Proven leadership skills (managing at least 2 people)
• Proficiency in financial systems and handling large data sets
• Excellent numerical ability and a detail-oriented approach
