Our Industrial services team are currently recruiting for: 10 marine / industrial painters Duration: Up to 4 months possibly longer for the right people Location: Portsmouth Working hours: 60 hours + June 2024 Duties: Marine/Industrial Painting PPE & Equipment supplied Rates £18.00 – £20.00 per hour Lodge £40 a night UPLIFT FOR MULTI SQEP PAINTERS There is opportunity of the below rates but must be multi SQEP ie, must be able to paint as well as blast or spray or UHP etc. £20 through the week all hrs £21 Saturday £22 Sunday £40 Lodge a night The uplift and skill set will be determined on site, as a lot of painters and blasters/sprayers have cards but haven’t the on site experience. Loads of hours available, currently averaging 50-60 hours per week. Candidates ideally would have: ICATS / TTP Time served Marine / Vessel / Shipping experience Marine / Industrial painting Benefits: Weekly pay Potential of Temp to Perm With this role you will have to undergo the following: Drug and alcohol testing maybe part of induction as well as random tests Candidates working inside the dockyard must complete a basic personnel security standard check (BPSS), which we can assist with.
