Acquisition Surveyor - Client Side - London

My client, a boutique property investment firm, is looking for a driven and polished professional to join their team as an in-house Acquisitions Consultant/Manager. This is a key role within a growing business, you will be directly working closely with the Managing Director. The role is ideal for someone who thrives on securing deals and making an impact.

Specialising in commercial and residential property investments through company acquisitions, my client is seeking an experienced RICS-qualified professional or someone with a strong background in the industry. This opportunity is perfect for a highly motivated, results-driven individual with a solid track record in residential or commercial investments and acquisitions. The successful candidate will have the ability to think outside of the box, with a willingness to take on a variety of challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and acquire both on and off-market opportunities.
2. Quickly establish strong relationships and excel in successfully closing deals.
3. Conduct research and analysis to prepare insightful market reports.
4. Carry out site appraisals and lead negotiations to a successful conclusion.
5. Perform due diligence to secure acquisitions through to legal completion.
6. Oversee the setup of acquisitions for seamless transition into project delivery and operations.
7. Support the full acquisition process, including vendor meetings, reviewing tenancy schedules, and lease assessments.
8. Evaluate property assets to determine value and identify opportunities for enhancement.
9. Collaborate closely with the director, providing regular updates on acquisition progress in the region.
