This year we’re growing fast, and we are now looking for Supervisors to join our teams! While speciality coffee experience is preferred, it’s not required. What matters most is your positivity and passion for hospitality, ability to lead by example and your willingness to learn and get involved. Full-time and part-time positions available. Weekend availability essential. Proactive: Strong work ethic and willingness to engage in all tasks, supporting the Coffee Shop Manager to drive performance and achieve excellent results. Enthusiastic: Passionate about our ethos and eager to develop leadership skills and coffee expertise. Quality-Focussed: Constantly inspiring and developing the team to be the best they can be, keeping expectations and standards high. Dependable: Confidently running shifts and working closely with the Cafe Management team, acting as a reliable backup and motivating the staff. Skill Sets Shift Management: Confidently runs shifts, opens and closes shop, working closely with the Coffee Shop manager to motivate and guide staff throughout the day. Team Development: Inspires and develops the team to maintain high standards and expectations. Coffee Expertise: Ensures the team consistently serves superb coffee, including espresso, filter, and pour-over. Supportive Leader: Aids the Coffee Shop Manager in driving operational and financial performance. Operational Excellence: Maintains day-to-day cafe operations, ensuring coffee and food quality, customer experience, health & safety, and food hygiene & allergen practices are upheld.
