Oxfam Ireland is currently looking for a Shop Manager to join our brand new Oxfam Holywood Superstore! Our Holywood Superstore launched in Spring 2024 and is about eight times bigger than the average Oxfam shop with 7,000 square feet. The quality and volume of pre-loved garments in our Holywood Superstore are set to make this a shopping destination for the island of Ireland.

Responsibilities

  • Relevant experience to date of retail shop management, including knowledge of budgets and sales analysis, product knowledge, awareness of market trends, merchandising.
  • Demonstrable relevant experience in a retail environment including customer service focus and a hands-on approach.
  • Relevant experience in managing and motivating a team to achieve sales.
