Our client is a global management consulting firm, who is seeking an EA Manager, on a full time permanent basis.

THE ROLE: Lead and develop a large EA team, including Senior EAs, ensuring efficient workflow, assignment coordination, and cover for absences while fostering effective communication and resolving conflicts. Oversee recruitment cycles, conduct appraisals and performance reviews, monitor productivity, and benchmark salaries against the market in collaboration with HR and leadership teams. Develop and deliver induction programs, identify training needs, and implement secretarial and administrative development initiatives, ensuring best practices and consistency across global teams. Champion operational improvements, drive strategic changes, and embed a culture of continuous innovation to enhance processes and achieve organisational objectives.

THE PERSON: Extensive experience in high-performance professional services, with proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams while managing conflicting priorities effectively. Strong communicator with excellent technical skills, adept at building networks, fostering collaborative relationships, and handling sensitive people issues with professionalism and empathy. Skilled in project management, including team leadership and training development, with good judgment and conflict resolution capabilities. Resilient and driven, with enthusiasm for motivating diverse teams and aligning initiatives, complemented by knowledge of employment law and client relationship building.
