Part-Time Customer Services Administrator Location: Redhill Hours: 9:00am – 1:00pm (20 hours per week) Start Date: April 2025 Salary: £25,500 pro-rata Office Based Must be a car driver! We are currently assisting a client in Redhill who is seeking a Part-Time Customer Services Administrator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service experience, excellent communication skills, and a keen attention to detail. Key Responsibilities: Order management, packing, and invoicing Managing product returns, fulfilment, and warranties Shipping and handling bookings, including international couriers Supporting warehouse stock movement, deliveries, and dispatch Answering technical queries and assisting customers Updating systems and writing proceduresSkills Required: Experience with CRM systems and Zoho Books (preferred) Proficient in MS Office and basic Excel Excellent telephone manner and attention to detail Ability to multitask Refer a friend and earn a retail voucher worth up to £500!
