A growing global specialist insurer is investing in modern data and analytics capabilities. A key milestone in this journey has been the approval of a new Data Strategy, Target Operating Model, and Roadmap. As part of this transformation, a Group Data Function has been established to implement the strategy and enhance data and analytics capabilities across various business functions, including Underwriting, Claims, and Marketing. This role sits within the Group Functions Data Hub and is dedicated to supporting the Underwriting function.
The Data Product Owner will be responsible for translating high-level data strategy into a product backlog, working closely with delivery teams to ensure data solutions align with business needs.
Key Responsibilities- Define and maintain a compelling data product roadmap that aligns with business objectives.
- Create, refine, and prioritise the product backlog, ensuring it delivers measurable value.
- Act as the primary contact between business stakeholders and data teams, facilitating clear communication.
