The position is responsible for implementing quality assurance processes that meet the company’s mission and brand standards, target customer needs, ensure employee satisfaction, and focus on continuous improvement at the property level. JOB SUMMARY
Results-driven & Detail-oriented Quality Manager with a passion for excellence in hospitality. Skilled in implementing quality assurance standards, enhancing guest satisfaction, and ensuring compliance with brand and regulatory requirements. Adept at training teams, optimizing operational processes, and driving continuous improvement to deliver exceptional guest experiences. The Quality Manager must review analytics and provide guidance and leadership to all high-guest-contact associates, working alongside with the HODs to deliver the brand promise.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Education and Experience: 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 3 years experience in the guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales and marketing, management operations, or related professional area. Proficiency with Opera, desired Six Sigma black belt qualification & project management experience. OR 4-year bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 1 year experience in the guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales and marketing, management operations, or related professional area.
