Location: London

Salary: Up to £45,000 basic plus commission with an OTE of £85,000

We are looking for a Venue Sales & Events Manager to join the team at a fantastic, versatile London venue. As a blank canvas space, the venue is perfect for a wide range of events, from corporate conferences to brand activations, private parties, and everything in between. We need someone who can bring fresh sales initiatives, drive revenue, and convert enquiries into successful bookings.

Please note that this role has no team management responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively generate new business opportunities through outreach and industry connections.
  • Manage incoming enquiries, conduct venue show rounds, and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
  • Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to maximise venue occupancy.
  • Create engaging social media content to promote the venue and attract new clients.
  • Build strong relationships with existing and potential clients to encourage repeat business.
  • Attend industry networking events to represent and promote the venue.

About You:

  • A natural people person - energetic, bubbly, and confident.
  • Strong background in venue sales, events, or hospitality.
  • A proven track record of securing new business and exceeding sales targets.
  • Well-connected within the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Events) sector.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable creating compelling social media content to drive engagement.
  • Passionate about the events industry and eager to attend networking events.
