National Sales & Commercial Manager -Leisure Operator

We are looking for a National Sales and Commercial Manager for an award-winning leisure operator with a diverse range of sites across the southwest, west midlands and northwest of England. They are aggressively growing and rolling out new concepts, so it is an exciting time to be joining them.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review, develop and implement the sales and business development strategy to drive sales, footfall and revenue across their existing and new venues.
- Develop, inspire and lead a team of high performing sales and commercial managers instilling a culture of high performance and drive for results.
- Work with the group and regional marketing teams to deliver a cohesive approach to national and local sales and marketing initiatives.
- Implement and manage all sales processes, KPI measures and performance metrics.
- With your teams, analyse and interpret all sales and customer data to develop and deliver data driven action plans to improve performance.
- Work collaboratively with key internal stakeholders across operations, customer experience, retention, marketing and product.
The person:
- Inspiring character, driven, commercial with a can-do attitude and hands-on approach to leadership.
- High level strategic sales and business development experience within a large multi-site leisure, recreation, fitness or hospitality business, possibly as a National Sales Manager, Head of Commercial, Divisional Director, Regional Sales Manager, Regional Business Manager or Regional Director.
- Experience in leading high performing sales/commercial teams that involves lead generation, sales process and managing the sales funnel to attract and retain customers.
- Ideally experience in supporting with project managing new openings and sales launches.
- Experience in data driven decision making.
- Living or willing to relocate to the Southwest, West Midlands or Northwest England for easy travelling between venues.
- Have a valid UK driving licence and prepared to be on the road two to three times a week.
The remuneration includes a competitive basic salary depending on experience, with a genuinely achievable bonus structure plus car and all the benefits you would associate with a senior role.
