The Opportunity
As the Consumer Insights & Data Director, you will lead the consumer data governance, reporting, and insights across the Niche and Wellness brand portfolio. This role involves a deep understanding of the brands' ecosystem in an omnichannel context with a strong consumer and shopper focus, working closely with the Niche and Wellness Brands General Managers to facilitate strategic business decisions and decoding. You will report to the Niche & Wellness Digital & Consumer Marketing VP.
What you'll get to do
- Own and manage Consumer data governance, hygiene, and consumer-level reporting dashboards for niche & wellness brands, ensuring GDPR compliance, new data & systems integration, modeling, and analysis – clarifying and optimizing how the business understands and uses data to make decisions.
- Own all Consumer & Marketing campaign reporting across channels within the business, ensuring timely delivery of all Monthly, Quarterly, Year-End & Board reporting.
- Deliver qualitative and quantitative insights into Consumer behaviour, attitudes, desires, and demographics, helping each brand shape their strategy across products, markets (new and existing), sales channels, Consumer experiences, and marketing activities through rich data insights.
- Nourish Niche & Wellness brands to achieve their global ambition by understanding global market and consumer trends, sizing the opportunities, channels, categories, and regions/key markets.
- Lead and manage the consumer insights team and manage the relationships with internal and external research and Consumer data analytics partners to deliver on the group, channel, and each brand insights roadmaps.

- Build great cross-functional relationships to deliver actionable insights and ensure data-driven decisions are made across the business with key clients including but not restricted to Marketing, Merchandising, Digital, Retail & Finance.
- Evolve the qualitative research program, further enabling product, marketing, and sales channel teams to get closer to consumers and better understand their attitudes and behaviours.
- Lead the team on qualitative and quantitative projects including the building of market segmentations and overseeing the expansion of our online research community.
