Remote Permanent Β£24.5k base salary and OTE of Β£30.5-33k
Role summary: You will be making outbound sales calls to customers, offering an exciting product with excellent value for money.
Key responsibilities:
- Make 50/60 calls a day on an automated dialler.
- Build rapport with the customer, build an offer that suits their needs.
- Achieve targets of 3 β 6 sales a day (90% of the existing team to hit their targets).
- Ensure youβre meeting compliance expectations with every process.
Required skills and experience:
- 12 months experience of sales within the last 3 years.
- A quiet place to work at home.
- Be comfortable with remote working.
- The desire to exceed targets whilst following process, compliance, and regulations.
